My name is Ed Cravo. I've been passionate about entrepreneurship as far back as I can remember.
At age eight I started making Brigadeiros (a popular Brazilian dessert) and selling them in school. I was netting the equivalent of $15 per school day which made me a very wealthy eight-year-old 🤑. The process of buying ingredients, making my product, then selling out every day was a thrill.
The idea spread and before long there were several choices of student-provided snacks! The thriving sub-market elicited a response from the administration, which banned of our “student-owned decentralized F&B ecosystem” 🤣
I was born in Brazil and lived there until the age of nine when my single mother brought me and my brother to the USA with her. I gotta say, mom had vision 🇺🇸!
